AAA Pro HVAC isn't chasing a national franchise footprint for its own sake — growth only happens where a real, properly staffed local crew is ready to back it up.
Every tech on our Felicity, OH roster came up through a real apprenticeship track and holds current state licensing before ever driving a company truck alone.
We work on the systems actually installed in Felicity, OH homes and businesses — split systems, packaged rooftop units, ductless heads, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps — not a narrow niche we're trying to stretch into everything.
EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling is required of every technician before dispatch, full stop, no exceptions.
Most of what keeps AAA Pro HVAC busy in Felicity, OH is repeat business and word of mouth, not paid advertising — that's the kind of reputation that's hard to fake and easy to lose.

Here's the full scope of what our Felicity, OH technicians handle, from routine calls to the ones other companies pass on.
Phone triage happens before a truck ever leaves the lot: gas odor, smoke, or a tripped breaker with a burning smell all move straight to the front of the queue. Our on-call rotation is staffed and ready, not paged cold from someone's couch, which is why Felicity, OH response times hold up even overnight. This is one of the Felicity, OH calls our dispatch team fields most often.
From a single failed capacitor to a full system replacement, our Felicity, OH residential crews handle central air, ductless mini-splits, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps. We size new installations with a real load calculation instead of matching the old unit's tonnage on a guess. This is one of the Felicity, OH calls our dispatch team fields most often.

Whole-home filtration, UV air treatment, and humidity control are installed and serviced by the same Felicity, OH crews already handling your core system. Airflow balancing and damper correction address uneven room temperatures that a thermostat adjustment alone never fixes. Technicians assigned to indoor air quality & ductwork carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.
Heat pumps fail differently than standard AC or furnace systems, and our Felicity, OH techs are specifically trained on reversing valves, defrost boards, and auxiliary heat strips. We carry heat pump-specific charging targets and defrost-cycle diagnostics that a generalist unfamiliar with the equipment can easily miss. Technicians assigned to heat pump & specialty system service carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.
Every maintenance visit follows the same documented multi-point checklist, with actual readings recorded rather than a signed-off form and nothing else. Filter type and rating are matched to your specific equipment rather than a generic one-size recommendation. This is one of the Felicity, OH calls our dispatch team fields most often.
We built this process to remove the guesswork that makes people dread calling an HVAC company in the first place.
Tell dispatch what's happening — no cool, no heat, a strange noise, a tripped breaker — and the right technician gets routed with likely parts already loaded. This step is treated as seriously as any other in the process — skipping it is usually where other companies go wrong.
